Do you need assistance with activating your payment processing software?
Elavon's network has a team dedicated to assisting you with activating your new payment processing software!
Upon receipt of your equipment, reprogram kit, or PC software please call the Merchant Activation Department at (866) 451-4007 if assistance is needed. Otherwise, if your account remains inactive after 7-10 business days from the time you received your new equipment then we will contact you to assist with the activation of your account.
Prior to calling please have:
- Your Merchant ID
- Kit and equipment i.e. cables, manuals, stickers, and/or software set up discs
- Access to an analog phone line
- Access to the internet if using Virtual Merchant
Activation takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The session is designed to assist you with properly setting up your terminal, training, and to answer any product support questions.
Software & Internet Products
The training session takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. The session is designed to assist you with properly setting up your software, training, and to answer any product support questions.
The Merchant Activation Department is available Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
