A cardholder or bankcard issuer may dispute a card transaction for any number of reasons including a billing error, a quality dispute, or for the non-receipt of goods or services. These disputes may end in a Retrieval or Chargeback to you.
Depending upon the reason for the Chargeback or Retrieval, you may have to provide information, by a specific date regarding a particular case. With our Auto Fax program or Online Case Management application, you can quickly and conveniently be notified via fax or online of any chargebacks or retrievals posted to your account within 24 hours of them being generated!
The Auto Fax program gives you more time to respond to your chargeback and retrieval requests. In addition, you will receive a reminder notice in the event you forgot to respond to the notice. All you need to enroll in the Auto Fax program is a dedicated fax line. To enroll, simply complete the Auto Fax Enrollment Form and fax it back to (877) 888-2034.
Online Case Management allows you to view case information, manage case lifecycles, and respond to chargebacks and retrievals online. Case Information is available for up to 2 years using robust search and reporting features.
